This is my personal story of my journey of healthy eating, counting calories, exercising, losing weight and having a personal relationship with the Lord. I have written this book so it can be used for a full year of losing weight. The book contains charts for losing weight and losing pounds, how to figure what you need to lose, recipes, and a calorie index. Also, I have included pages for you to journal. It is fun to look back and see how God worked in your life.
