Losing Weight

It is important to plan your meals.  Your body feels better when you eat smaller meals.  Don't have second helpings!  Use a scale that tells you the weight of your food or use measuring cups and spoons.  Look at the nutrient labels on food items.  All the nutrient information is on the label for you to use and see what you are counting.  In my book I include weight and measurement charts.  Remember do your exercises!  Have fun losing weight and eat healthier.

The best weight loss tools are, eat less than your body needs,  push back from the table, and move that body to burn calories!
